Ghana will no partake in the 2023 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations tournament in Algeria after losing 0-1 to Burkina Faso in the WAFU Zone B U-17 championships – a qualifier for the FIFA U-17 World Cup.

Ghana  was beaten by their Burkinabe counterparts on Tuesday at the Cape Coast Stadium.

Ousmane Camara scored a late penalty to give the Young Stallions a victory. and will now face Nigeria in the final.
