Ken Ofori-Atta, Finance Minister

The Ministry of Finance is urging the public to ignore what it describes as rumors perporting that Finance Minister, Ken Ofor-Attah has resigned.

According to a statement released by the ministry, the minister remains at post and dedicated to carrying out his mandates as expected by the president and the people of Ghana.

“The Ministry wishes to assure the general public that there is no truth in these rumours. Mr. Ken Ofori- Atta is at post and focused on his mandate, given to him by His Excellency the President, to serve the people of Ghana in his capacity as Finance Minister. The general public is advised to disregard these rumours,” the statement said.
