The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology community is counting its loses following  violent clashes between students of the University Hall (Katanga) and Unity Hall (Continental) started late Thursday afternoon.

12 students who sustained injuries from the clashes have been treated and discharged.

The police have also counted 12 damaged vehicles as a result of the incident. The vehicles are said to be owned by staff of the university.
