It will be an Nzema derby as Karela United lock horns with Medeama SC in the round of 32 of the MTN FA Cup.

Medeama who will be looking for their third title secured a place in the 32 stages after pipping Sekondi Eleven wise 1-0.

A 4-2 win in the penalty shootout was a result that made Karela United progress ahead of former champions Hasaacas after 1-1 in regulation time.

Medeama over the weekend defeated Karela United 1-0 at Akoon Park on week 28 of the Ghana Premier League.

Accra Hearts of Oak will play against Division Two side Windy Professionals in round 32 of the 2020/2021 MTN FA Cup.

The Phobians progressed to the round of 32 stages after thrashing Liberty Professionals 3-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The underdogs who will be seeking to prove a point in the round 32 stage, qualified after beating Unistar Academy 1-0.

Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko will face tier-three side Thunderbolt FC who qualified to the round of 32 following their 2-0 win against River Plate in round 64.

Kotoko had defeated Bekwei Youth Football Academy 2-0 to book a place in the round 32 stage.

The porcupines will be looking forward to clinching their 10th to equaling Hearts of Oaks record of most successful club in the competition.

Asante and Hearts of Oak last won the competition in 2017 and 2000 respectively.
