Mr. Dela Coffie

An activist of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dela Coffie has been arrested.

His arrest comes after he was declared wanted by the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) over what the OSP describes as corruption-related offences on Friday, June 3.

Mr. Coffie is said to have turned himself in on Monday at about 12:50pm in the company of his lawyer.

“The underlisted person, who was placed on the List of Wanted Persons by the Office of the Special Prosecutor on June 3, 2022, turned himself in at the Office of the Special Prosecutor at 6 Haile Selassie Street, South Ridge, Accra on 6 June 2022 at 12:50 pm in the company of his lawyers,” a statement from the OSP said.
