Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah is cautioning the public and the media about a carefully crafted plan by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to churn out loads of fake news and wild unfounded allegation in the last few days to the elections.

Speaking on Kokrokroko on Peace FM, the minister outlined some of the fake news the NDC had already put out over the last few days, and warned that there are more coming, but government has alerted the cybersecurity center to trace the sources of those fabrication and take action.

He said because the NDC has realized their campaign has failed, they have resorted to concocted stories as they did in 2008, but Ghanaians are now more alert, vigilant and wiser.

Here is the interview in which the Minister outlined what has been put out and what is yet to come this week.
