
The 26th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) was held at the Accra International Conference Centre on May 10, with King Promise emerging as the biggest winner.
The Afrobeat sensation took home the coveted Artiste of the Year award, beating stiff competition from notable artists including Stonebwoy, Black Sheriff, and Joe Mettle.
The event, which celebrated Ghana’s vibrant music industry, featured electrifying performances and heartfelt tributes to music legends.
Other winners at the ceremony included Beeztrom Kotm, who won the Best New Artiste award, and Stonebwoy, who claimed the Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste prize.
King Promise’s win solidifies his position as a leading figure in Ghana’s music scene. The awards recognize outstanding contributions and achievements in the Ghanaian music industry.
